Orders are processed within a maximum of 72 hours and shipped from Monday to Friday (with the exception of public holidays). We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible and may ship sooner than expected. If you order two or more items, you may receive them in several separate boxes and on different days due to our multiple shipping locations.
IMPORTANT: To estimate the delivery time of the items ordered, please refer to the status of the goods as indicated below:
- In Stock - item will ship within (2) business days.
- Pre-Order Now - item will ship between (1-3) days after the stated back in stock date.
- Out of stock - the item is currently unavailable, with no expected back-in-stock date. The status will be changed to “Pre-order” when a date becomes available.
These times are an estimate based on regular traffic and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may take longer due to holidays and high order volume.
Standard Ground / Parcel Shipping
Most package shipments will be dispatched within 24 hours of our business hours and packages do not require a signature upon delivery. Standard shipping times average (3-5) business days and remote areas in North America rarely exceed (10) days. We cannot guarantee express shipping times as this is a service provided by a carrier external to Premium-Mix.ca. No refunds will be issued for expedited shipping delays due to natural acts that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee which service provider will be used before an order is processed.
Delivery fees
If delivery charges need to be added to the order, they will be shown as "surcharge" before confirming your payment. These additional charges are determined by the carrier and apply to shipping locations that may be difficult or infrequently serviced. In rare cases, we reserve the right to notify you after you have purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges required to complete delivery of your order. If additional delivery costs are necessary, you can decide to modify your order or even cancel it and obtain a full refund.

Changes of address
Addresses can be updated by contacting us by phone at 1-877-356-6663 at no additional charge before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the carrier will charge an additional fee to update the shipping address. These charges can be very expensive - be sure to check the address when you receive your order confirmation.
Items not available
If the item you need is not available, an estimated delivery date will be communicated to you. You can place your order and we will deliver your item on the promised date. If you order several items at the same time, they will be automatically grouped together. Their delivery date will be the date of the item with the latest estimated ship date. If you want certain items to be delivered immediately, we recommend that you make two separate transactions. In this way, available items will be delivered immediately. Any item out of stock will be delivered later, on the date that will be communicated to you.
Transport damage
Premium-Mix.ca is responsible for covering shipping damage. However, Premium-Mix.ca's liability is limited to shipping damages and will not cover other damages. Claims related to shipping damage must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
